Preserve what can be seen.
Property information is easier to revisit when images are organized around a clear purpose. Establish the areas to document and the intended audience before capture. Wide views help locate the building and its surroundings; closer images provide visual context for the areas your team has identified. Keep original capture dates associated with the delivered record.
A useful
visual record.
- Dated building and site overview imagery
- Targeted documentation of agreed visible areas
- Before-and-after photographs where available and scoped
- Organized files for property teams and authorized reviewers
Use the record to support conversations with property managers, maintenance professionals and insurance representatives. The images do not determine cause, coverage, liability, valuation or claim eligibility. Share any specific documentation requirements from your insurer or professional adviser before agreeing the brief.

Will these images guarantee an insurance claim is accepted?
No. Coverage and claim decisions belong to the insurer and its appointed professionals. Aerial imagery provides visual context only.
Can existing photographs be part of the record?
Existing owner-supplied photographs can be discussed as reference material. Their source and date should remain clear so they are not confused with a new capture.
What should I send with the enquiry?
Provide the property address, purpose of the documentation, relevant dates, priority areas and any image requirements supplied by your professional reviewer. Avoid sending sensitive claim documents through the initial enquiry form.
