Roof & Property Inspections

Make the review easier to follow.

Roof layouts and exterior details can be difficult to explain from ground-level photographs alone. Agree the surfaces and features your team needs to see, then combine wider property context with closer visual references where feasible. The resulting imagery supports discussion with the roofing, maintenance or property professionals responsible for the assessment.

A useful
visual record.

  • Roof and property overview photographs
  • Targeted views of agreed visible roof features
  • Exterior and surrounding-site context
  • Capture-date organization for future reference
  • Before-and-after imagery when repeat visits are scoped

Plan a visual record for maintenance reviews, repair discussions, contractor briefings and property files. Share the priority areas in advance so the capture plan reflects the actual question. Visual imagery alone does not establish a defect, diagnose moisture, assess structural safety or determine an insurance outcome.

Yes, a before-and-after capture brief can be discussed. Timing and repeat viewpoints should be agreed before work starts where possible.
